EMI Workbenchprivacy
Back

The short version

EMI Workbench collects nothing. There is no account, no server, no analytics and no advertising SDK. Every calculation runs on your phone.

The figures you type — loan amounts, rates, tenures, saved scenarios — are stored only in your browser's local storage on this device. They are never transmitted. Clearing the app's data, or uninstalling it, deletes them permanently, and nobody else has a copy.

What the app can reach

NetworkNone at runtime
Location, contacts, camera, filesNever requested
Local storageYour inputs only
Share sheetOnly when you tap Share

Exporting a CSV or sharing a summary hands the file to whichever app you pick. What happens to it after that is governed by that app's own privacy policy, not this one.

Play Store data safety

For the Google Play Data Safety form: no data collected, no data shared, no data types processed, data is not transferred off the device, and the app does not use advertising identifiers.

Not financial advice

The results are arithmetic, not an offer. Lenders round differently, add fees this app cannot know about, and change rates. Always check the sanction letter and the lender's own amortisation schedule before signing anything.
